Mercedes-Benz Vertrieb Deutschland (MBD) manages sales and aftersales for Mercedes-Benz, smart and FUSO vehicles. Since 2004, we support the MK-Forum, the central trade marketing platform based on a BrandMaster solution. The tasks range from strategic and conceptual (further) development of the trade marketing portal to editorial support and corporate design reviews. In addition, we take care of user and rights management (approx. 35,000 logins per year) and the creation and distribution of newsletters (approx. 300 per year). Numerous applications were developed over the years (e.g. digital submission of documents, Web2Publish application) rounding off our services.

Editorial support and consulting

We plan all regular editorial processes, identify future expansion potential and define editorial rules and content processes. In daily business, we take care of content management (including graphics/editing), create and send newsletters, and act as the interface to IT service providers (including bug reporting).

Level 1 support/CI service

Our central tasks are corporate design management and first-level support for Mercedes-Benz and smart dealers and agencies. We review and advice on all questions regarding the design of advertising material. We advise users on content-related questions about the platform and assist in solving problems, including user and rights management.

Advertising cost subsidy check

Advertising cost subsidies are an important planning basis for partners of Mercedes-Benz. We check the submitted receipts according to the defined conditions and reconcile them with the invoice submissions.
