Assignment:

The task for the product launch of the EQV in the first half of 2020: provide product information worldwide – for customers and sales staff, with adapted tonality and depth of information in each case and in all communication channels. The user experience was to be optimised for mobile devices.

With new templates, we enabled short click or tap journeys with in-depth information via slider. We developed texts as well as image and animation suggestions for highlights, topic areas, series and special equipment and entered the entire content, including keywording, into the content management system.

Virtual showroom complements web presence

The new website significantly improves the user experience. But we can do even more: our virtual showroom supports sales organisations worldwide with another digital communication channel. It allows dealers to personally invite their customers to the showroom. A communication channel that is as innovative as it is Corona-compliant.

Content construction kit: one text for everything

Is it possible to cover the text requirements for different target groups and communication channels with one concept? Yes, it can be done: with a well thought-out modular content system there is the right text module for everything. The biggest advantage: all communication channels use the same, correct content.

Worldwide roll-out

After content creation, all content is entered into a content management system, finally checked and translated. Afterwards, the central content of the headquarters forms the basis for 64 market versions in 35 languages worldwide.

From concept to content

In the concept phase, textual and visual content is developed and coordinated in close contact with the client. Initial wireframes give an impression of the design and content structure.

Fine-tuning of content and structure

Subsequently, the concept is refined: the wireframes are filled with content and adjusted if necessary. At the end of this project phase, the entire content is ready and perfectly integrated into the structure.

The finale: Go-live

The content is entered into the content management system. Then we test intensively whether everything fits. Only then does the go-live take place.
